RETURNS
30 DAY RETURN POLICY β UNUSED PRODUCTS ONLY AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns and cancellations are only accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with an unbroken tamper seal.
Please contact us (proprietor@cmbixler.com) for any returns. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase. Tamper proof packaging must not be broken in order to receive a refund. You can also request a return online through your customer account at https://shopify.com/57993232513/account.Β
DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at proprietor@cmbixler.com within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Include a description of the damages and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We also offer the option of getting a refund in the form of a C.M. Bixler gift certificate.
EXCHANGES
We are committed to providing high-quality products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we are happy to offer an exchange. To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at proprietor@cmbixler.com, providing a clear photo and description of the defect or damage. Once your request is approved, we will guide you on how to return the item, and a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost. Please note that this policy applies only to items that arrive defective or damaged; items showing damage caused by misuse or neglect are not eligible for exchange. CLEARANCE ITEMS
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. These discounted products are sold as-is and may not be eligible for exchanges or adjustments.
